Gibson M. Wright
Principal
Gibson M. Wright is a general partner of Dominion Land & Development Company which he founded in 1975 after having worked for commercial real estate brokerage firms in the Richmond, Virginia area. Over the past 30+ years, he has been involved as a principal in numerous commercial and residential developments throughout Richmond and Central Virginia. In 2000, Dominion Land & Development Company began the assemblage of Northlake Park, which is now a 400+ acre mixed use development fronting I-95 in Hanover County, Virginia. Through various self controlled entities, Dominion Land & Development Company has constructed buildings at Northlake Park for its own account as well as for other owners on a build to suit basis.

Mr. Wright received his B.S. in Commerce from Washington & Lee University in 1971, and his Master of Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1973.

Patricia K. (Kay) Pangraze
Director of Sales and Marketing
Kay has been actively involved in the Real Estate industry for over 25 years in both design and development of commercial sites throughout the US. Her varied experience enables Kay to provide land clients with assistance on site identification, rezoning, entitlement and construction coordination. Among her recent accomplishments are closing and renegotiation of the Lewistown Commerce Center CDA, the opening of the Bass Pro Shops in Hanover County, VA and the land closing for The Outlets at Richmond at Northlake Park. As an active member of the community, Kay serves on the Hanover County Board for the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce and an ongoing member of the Richmond Real Estate Group and the Greater Richmond Association of Real Estate.
